From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10-14 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid. Return & Cancellation In case of any delivered products to be found faulty, or damaged in transit (except for man-made damage from the customer), or differing from the description from the description given at the BKPET.shop website, then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to BKPET.shop within 7 days of delivery of the product. In case of any delivered products ordered by customer mistakenly, and through no fault of BKPET.shop, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to BKPET.shop unused and in saleable condition (BK quality control seal shall not be damaged). In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, BKPET.shop reserves the right to charge an uplift fee (15 AED) to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. 10. Warranties We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification. 11.
