All returns must be notified to BKPET.shop within 7 days of delivery of the product. In case of any delivered products ordered by customer mistakenly, and through no fault of BKPET.shop, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to BKPET.shop unused and in saleable condition (BK quality control seal shall not be damaged). In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, BKPET.shop reserves the right to charge an uplift fee (15 AED) to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. 10.
