Pricing All prices quoted are in Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price. 8. Ordering and stock availability We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10-14 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid. Your order confirmation email is only an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance amounting to a contract. The contract commences upon dispatch of the goods. BK PET SHOP makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site as being available or suitable for use. Products sold on BKPET.shop are for use in a domestic setting. If you wish to purchase items for commercial use please contact BK PET SHOP Customer Services on +971 58 501 0510 to discuss your product needs. Products for use in commercial settings get more wear and tear than in a domestic setting and are necessarily more robust. For this reason we request that you contact us to discuss your requirements. 9. Return & Cancellation In case of any delivered products to be found faulty, or damaged in transit (except for man-made damage from the customer), or differing from the description from the description given at the BKPET.shop website, then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to BKPET.shop within 7 days of delivery of the product. In case of any delivered products ordered by customer mistakenly, and through no fault of BKPET.shop, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to BKPET.shop unused and in saleable condition (BK quality control seal shall not be damaged). In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, BKPET.shop reserves the right to charge an uplift fee (15 AED) to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. 10. Warranties We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification. 11. Changes to the terms BK PET SHOP reserves the right or remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time. BK PET SHOP may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site. If you use the Site after BK PET SHOP has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms.
