Ordering and stock availability We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10-14 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid. All returns must be notified to BKPET.shop within 7 days of delivery of the product. In case of any delivered products ordered by customer mistakenly, and through no fault of BKPET.shop, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to BKPET.shop unused and in saleable condition (BK quality control seal shall not be damaged). In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, BKPET.shop reserves the right to charge an uplift fee (15 AED) to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. 10.
